FLY Meter
The Fly Henry FLY Meter is a professional-grade digital engine management system designed for fixed-wing microlights, trikes, and panel-mounted aircraft. As a more comprehensive cockpit solution than the portable PPG model, it features a large, backlit display specifically engineered for permanent instrument panel integration.
A standout feature is its innovative two-module architecture: a dedicated Measurement Module mounts near the engine to handle sensor inputs, while the Visualization Module stays in the cockpit. This split design simplifies installation by allowing the sensor unit to be located away from the main display, ensuring cleaner cable routing and reduced electrical noise.
The system provides full-spectrum monitoring, including RPM, four separate engine timers, and CHT/EGT temperatures. PPG Meter

The Fly Henry CHT Sensor is a high-precision J-Type thermocouple designed for real-time thermal monitoring of paramotor and microlight engines. Essential for preventing overheating in brands like Rotax and Vittorazi, it features a durable copper ring available in 14mm, 12mm, or 10mm sizes to fit standard spark plugs or head bolts.
The 2024–2025 model includes a heat-resistant 50cm or 80cm lead, specifically designed to connect to the Fly Henry Measurement Module for a clean, modular installation. Built to withstand extreme vibration and temperature, this vital engine-safety component comes with a 2-year warranty.

EGT Sensor
The Fly Henry EGT Sensor is a high-range K-Type thermocouple probe designed for real-time combustion monitoring. Essential for tuning fuel-air mixtures, it accurately detects “lean-out” conditions to prevent piston damage. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, the probe withstands extreme heat up to 1000°C and corrosive exhaust gases.
Available with M8 or M6 mounting threads and either 50cm or 80cm lead lengths, it features a specialized vibration-resistant connector for the Fly Henry Measurement Module. Water Sensor
The Fly Henry Water Temperature Sensor is a high-precision NTC thermistor designed for liquid-cooled engines. Available in M6, M8, or M10 metric thread options, it integrates seamlessly with the Fly Henry PPG and FLY Meter systems.
The current model features a dedicated 50cm or 80cm lead with a pre-installed connector for the Measurement Module, eliminating the need for extension cables. Specifically calibrated for a 0°C to 125°C range, it provides accurate, real-time cooling data to prevent engine damage. Water/ Oil Sensor (Fly Meter Only)
The Fly Henry Water/Oil Sensor is a versatile NTC thermistor designed for high-precision monitoring of liquid-cooled engines and engine oil. Specifically engineered for the FLY Meter system, this dual-purpose probe allows pilots to toggle between water or oil temperature displays via the main unit.
Available in M6, M8, or M10 metric threads, it features a high-conductivity brass or stainless steel body for rapid response times. The current model includes a 50cm insulated lead for direct connection to the Fly Henry Measurement Module. Covering a standard range of 0°C to 125°C, it comes backed by a 2-year warranty.


Fuel Flow Sensor
The Fly Henry Fuel Flow Sensor is a high-precision, turbine-based transducer designed for real-time consumption monitoring on microlights and paramotors. Compatible with both FLY and PPG Meters, this inline sensor generates pulse outputs to calculate instantaneous flow, average consumption, and total fuel used.
To suit different engine types, two specific variants are available: a low-flow 0.015–0.9 l/min sensor for most paramotors and a high-flow 0.5–25 l/h version for larger aircraft. Both integrate directly with the Fly Henry Measurement Module for a seamless, powered installation. Fuel Tank Level Sensor
The Fly Henry Fuel Level Sensor is a solid-state, capacitive probe designed for high-accuracy monitoring in paramotors and microlights. Utilizing a “tube-in-tube” design, it measures fuel levels via capacitance, ensuring stable readings even in irregularly shaped tanks.
With no moving parts, the sensor is immune to engine vibrations and features a natural “anti-slosh” effect for steady readings during turbulence. Uniquely, the tubes can be shortened by the pilot to fit the exact depth of any tank. PPG Battery Box
The Fly Henry PPG Battery Box is an essential accessory for pilots using the PPG Meter on pull-start paramotors without an onboard 12V system. This standalone power source ensures you can monitor critical engine data, such as RPM, temperatures, and fuel levels, on any machine.
Designed for the vibration-heavy paramotor environment, the box is rain-resistant and holds standard AAA batteries. It maintains the system’s “automatic wake-up” functionality, powering the meter as soon as an RPM signal is detected.
