About IFD Instruments
Based in Manerbio, Italy, M.A.V. srl is a premier developer of high-performance aeronautical electronics. Through their IFD-NET brand, they have redefined the digital cockpit for the microlight, experimental, and light sport aircraft markets. By manufacturing every unit in-house, M.A.V. srl ensures that cutting-edge “glass cockpit” technology remains accessible and exceptionally reliable.
The defining feature of the range is its “All-In-One” architecture. By embedding the AHRS, barometric sensors, and GPS receivers directly into the instrument, M.A.V. srl has eliminated bulky external “black boxes.” This significantly reduces installation complexity and aircraft weight—a vital advantage for UK pilots.
The flagship EVO series takes this further with “Real Round” ultra-HD displays, maximising active screen area within standard 80 mm holes. Whether you require Synthetic Vision, HSI navigation, or comprehensive Engine Management (EMS), IFD-NET delivers a lightweight, scalable, and sunlight-readable solution for the modern aviator.
